• Positions imaging equipment and sets exposure time and distance as specified.
• Explains procedures and observes patients to ensure safety and comfort during scan.
• Enters commands and data to document scan sequences and adjust equipment as needed.
• Operates radiologic and MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Positions and immobilizes patient on the examination table.
