Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in the United States is seeking an MRI Technologist to produce high-quality diagnostic images while prioritizing patient safety.

You will operate MRI equipment, position patients, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation for radiologists. The role requires completion of a certified Radiologic Technology program, ARRT MRI or Radiography certification, and active licensure in the Northwest; CPR/BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a certified Radiologic Technology or Allied Health Imaging program.
• At least 1 year MRI experience preferred.
• ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI required; MRI certification or ARMRIT within six months if not present at hire.
• State MRI licensure for Oregon and Washington; CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Position patients correctly and process images for radiologist review.
• Ensure patient identification, label images, and record procedural details.
• Perform quality control and manage contrast media as required.
• Prioritize patient safety by following magnetic field safety standards and sterile practices.
• Provide compassionate patient care and maintain professional conduct.
