Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Certificate or degree from an accredited Radiography or MRI program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient chart/physician order to determine imaging parameters.
• Selects proper imaging coil for study and performs MRI using protocol.
• Performs imaging studies using correct scanning techniques.
• Administers contrast media following department protocols.
• Ensures MRI safety and on-call duties as required.
