Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to perform a variety of MRI procedures across diverse patient populations. The role requires ARRT MR certification or ARMRIT, ARRT radiography certification, and BLS, with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Minimum experience is less than 1 year; training will be provided to support professional growth within our faith-driven, patient-centered system that values compassion, teamwork, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited MRI Program and is ARRT (MR) or ARMIT Certified.
• ARRT MR or ARMIT must be completed within 12 months of hire/job entry.
• Licenses & Certifications: BLS, ARMRIT MRI Technologist, ARRT Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging, ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of MRI procedures for all age groups served by the entity.
• Safely ensures image quality and patient safety.
• Participates in department continuous improvement processes.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients.

Description

Provides a variety of MRI procedures on all age groups served by the entity. Safely ensures quality images. Participates in the department continuous improvement process. Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients. Estimated pay range for this position is $36.88 - $47.94 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Basic Life Support.
• ARMRIT MRI Technologist.
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.

Additional Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited MRI Program and is ARRT (MR) or ARMIT Certified.
• Graduated from an approved Radiologic Technology Program and is MR registry eligible.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMIT must be completed within 12 months of hire/job entry.
