Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures across all age groups, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. The role participates in continuous quality improvement and aims to deliver excellent customer care in a faith-based medical setting.

Minimum education includes High School/Certificate; ARRT MRI/RT certifications are required, with at least 1 year of experience preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA Council on Education Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Advanced ARRT Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging required.
• Six months experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in MRI or radiology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of MRI procedures on all age groups.
• Safely ensures quality images.
• Participates in department quality improvement processes.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients.

Description

Provides a variety of MRI procedures on all age groups served by the entity. Safely ensures quality images. Participates in the department continuous quality improvement process. Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients. Estimated pay range for this position is $38.36 - $49.87 / hour depending on experience.

Licenses & Certifications

• ARRT Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• ARMRIT MRI Technologist.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist.
• Basic Life Support.
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography.

Additional Qualifications
