The University of Kansas Health System in Liberty is seeking an MRI Technologist to join the Days shift. The role focuses on producing high-quality MR images while ensuring patient safety and comfort during exams.
Responsibilities include patient preparation, selecting pulse sequences, adhering to MR safety guidelines, and teaching students and staff as needed. AAMA/ARRT MR certification pathway and BLS are required or pursued on hire.

Position Summary / Career Interest: Shift: Days - Mon. - Fri. - 6:30am - 3pm The MRI technologist is responsible for producing quality MR images while providing optimal patient care and applying all principles of patient safety.
MRI technologists are expected to participate in on-going training and education relating to positioning, technique and MRI safety guidelines.
MR procedures are performed at multiple locations across the health system; this person shall maintain a patient-centered focus and strive to support the mission, goals and values of University of Kansas Health System and radiology department.
Skills and duties may vary dependent upon your department or unit. Other duties may be assigned as required.
