Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures in the OIC Unit under the Radiology Department. This full-time role requires day shift coverage and a patient-focused approach.

You will collaborate with radiologists, participate in quality control, and support department staffing through on-call coverage. Valid MRI certification and BLS are required at hire, with strong preference for CRT license and several years in

Qualifications

• NR MRI or ARRT MRI certification is required at hire.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• California CRT license is preferred and will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform magnetic resonance-based diagnostic imaging procedures according to department standards.
• Serve as a customer service representative to patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in quality control and organizational improvement activities.
• Act as a clinical and technical resource to other technologists and radiologists.
• Participate in on-call schedule to meet staffing needs.
