Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital Eureka is seeking a CT Technologist for the CT Main Unit. This full-time role supports 12-hour day shifts, working closely with Radiologists and the CT team to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with department standards.

Requirements include California Radiologic Technologist license, AHA BLS, ARRT radiography, and ARRT CT within 1 year. Must have graduate of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program and 5 years in a high-volume CT setting.

Qualifications

• California Radiologic Technologist license required at hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography (ARRT) at hire.
• Within 1 year: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT procedures according to department standards and age-specific criteria.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and the Lead Technologist to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Participate in quality control and ongoing departmental improvement activities.
• Assist in call schedule to meet staffing needs of the CT Main Unit.
