Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking an MRI Technician to operate MRI equipment and provide high-quality imaging while ensuring patient safety. The role involves screening patients, maintaining the imaging area, and preparing patients for procedures.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a compassionate team in a clinical setting. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Radiologic Technology and be ARRT certified in Radiology & MRI or have a valid BLS certification. The shift for this role is in the evening at the Greer Medical Campus.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered in Radiology & MRI or ARRT registered in MRI.
• BLS certification required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the independent operation of MRI equipment.
• Perform all procedures proficiently while maintaining patient care.
• Identify patients using two patient identifiers and screen for MR safety.
