Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist for their new Tower to perform advanced imaging and quality control in a fast-paced academic medical setting.

Night shift (Wed/Fri) with 12s or 13s available, full-time 36 hours/week, benefits eligible. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates, with emphasis on MR/CT imaging and radiologic qualifications.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - RT(R) and/or MR
• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency
• ARMRIT or ARRT

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
• Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
