• Completion of an accredited MRI Technologist training program.
• ARRT MR certification or equivalent.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year of MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and document patient medical histories.
• Explain MRI procedures to patients and answer questions.
• Position patients according to established protocols for quality imaging and safety.
• Operate MRI equipment and adjust settings to capture high-quality images.
• Evaluate images to confirm diagnostic quality meets orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the MRI suite and surrounding areas.
• Enter patient and procedure data into the EMR system and ensure timely documentation.
• Follow safety protocols, including screening for contraindications and monitoring patients.
