Job summary

Shields Health Care Group is seeking an MRI Technologist Aide to support our Boston facility. This part-time role focuses on patient safety, room setup, and assisting technologists during exams.

You will help interview patients, prepare equipment, assist during transfer, and ensure paperwork and prior exams are organized. CPR certification is required and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be able to assist patients with mobility difficulties.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety at all times.
• Assist Technologist in setting up the room and patient preparation for exams.
• Assist in patient interview process and safety checks.
• Aid patient on/off table and help with changing area.
• Assist with paperwork, prior exams, and data entry as needed.
