Tenet Healthcare in Palm Springs, CA is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures including MRA, Breast, Cardiac, and Ortho, with a strong emphasis on safety and patient education. The technologist will operate MRI equipment, prepare exam rooms, and collaborate with Radiologists to ensure timely, high-quality imaging.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited MRI program, BLS, and ARRT registration as applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited MRI program.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.

• Shall perform working knowledge of MRI Equipment.
• Provides Patient and staff education concerning MRI Procedures.
• Demonstrates Proficiency in MRI Procedures, MRA, Breast, Cardiac, and Ortho.
• Provides a safe environment for patient care, utilizing all necessary precautions.
• Provides effective communication with patient and co-workers.
• Provides call back time for emergent procedures.
• Knowledge of MRI Principles and Physics.
• Works closely with Radiologist to expedite healthcare imaging safely.
• 9 all and any duties requested by Supervisor.
