Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform a wide range of routine and advanced MRI procedures. The role includes supporting other imaging staff, ensuring smooth patient flow, and participating in QA and image archiving tasks. Expect flexibility to work additional shifts or at other campuses as needed.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited radiology program, ARRT/ARMRIT MR certification within a year, and BLS. State licensure requirements may apply in certain locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or equivalent.
• ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification required within 1 year of hire.
• State licensure required if practicing in New Mexico (MRT by MIRTP NMED).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced MRI procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic MRI issues and assist with QA and image archiving systems (PACS).
• Support other imaging technologists and facilitate patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with imaging safety standards.
• Be flexible to work other shifts or campuses as needed.
