Job summary

Providence Centralia Hospital seeks an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures, set up, scan and film studies, while coordinating with radiologists and care teams. The role includes quality control, scheduling, IV starts, and on-call responsibilities to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or MRI technologist coursework required.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• National registry or ARRT MRI certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures including setup, scanning, and filming.
• Communicate with radiologists, physicians, patients, and families.
• Perform quality control and reporting tasks; maintain day-to-day schedules.
• Assist radiologist; handle medications within license; start IVs.
• Take call and contribute to department operation.
