Job summary

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a MRI Technologist to support imaging services for the VA New Jersey Health Care System in Toms River, NJ. The role involves performing advanced MRI procedures, ensuring high image quality, and maintaining safety protocols.

The position requires ARRT MR certification, ARRT(R), BLS, and at least three years of experience in advanced imaging modalities. You will work with a team across shifts; flexibility with schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) certification is required.
• ARRT(MR) advanced certification is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in advanced imaging modalities.
• English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Current AHA BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain exams.
• Operate MRI equipment and ensure image quality.
• Position patients properly and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor patients during examinations and identify changes requiring physician notification.
• Upload and manage images in PACS/VA systems.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and infection control practices.
