Schedule:

  • Monday: Lee Campus 7:30a-6p
  • Friday: Dover Main Campus 12:30p-11p
  • Saturday: Dover Main Campus 8a-8:30p

Summary

Responsible for providing quality patient care, producing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures safely, and operating MRI equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.

Essential Functions
  • Positioning and immobilizing patients; selecting technical factors; computer reformatting of data for MRI scans.
  • Preparing patients, including transporting, transferring, and explaining procedures.
  • Preparing and cleaning equipment and scanner room; stocking supplies.
  • Performing daily quality assurance on MRI scanners; verifying safe operation of equipment; reporting malfunctions.
  • Maintaining records; assisting new staff or students as needed.
Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging required. No experience in lieu of degree accepted.

Licenses and Credentials: Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT-R, BLS Certification, ARRT-MR, NH Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy certification.

Experience: 1-2 years MRI Tech experience with diverse patient populations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good communication, problem-solving, independence, leadership, and business skills.
