Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a capable MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners and deliver high-quality diagnostic images. The role emphasizes patient communication, safety, and professional standards, with a 2:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule across Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT or ARMRIT registered and in good standing
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography
• Licensed radiologic technologist in the appropriate state (where applicable)
• Current CPR certification
• Able to perform MRI procedures independently
• Certification in imaging specialty

Responsibilities

• Screen patients before exam and ensure correct patient and procedure
• Explain MRI procedures and prepare patients, position for imaging
• Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision
• Adjust MRI parameters and maintain patient records in RIS
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with accreditation requirements
• Support imaging protocol updates and assist with training of new staff
