Job Summary and Qualifications

• Performs high-quality MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment following safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA-approved radiology technology program.
• ARRT certification.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012.
• Current BLS provider certification.
• Cross-training under supervision, certification in an alternate modality within 6 months if applicable.
