Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform magnetic resonance imaging exams to aid in diagnosis and patient care. You will prepare patients, select parameters, manage contrast, and input data into RIS/PACS while upholding safety, quality, and infection control standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adaptability, with opportunities to supervise students and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiography or ARM RIT program
  • BLS certification
  • Experience with PACS and digital technology
  • Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and position patients, select software parameters, inject contrast media, perform safety screenings, and input data into RIS and PACS systems.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and exam rooms, conduct quality assurance testing, and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Provide clinical supervision and instruction to students, participate in quality, safety, and compliance initiatives, and perform other related duties as needed.
