Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures in accordance with standards, policies, and organizational values. You will review patient history, prepare contrast media, ensure safety, and monitor patients throughout imaging sessions.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, ARRT/ARMRIT MRI certification eligibility within 12 months, and current BLS certification. On-site position in Colorado Longmont.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered RT and MRI-eligible or ARRT/ARMRIT certified within 12 months.
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient history and physician orders; educates patients on procedures to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and medications within scope; monitors patient condition and responds to changes.
• Prepares equipment, selects imaging parameters, implements safety standards, and performs quality control.
• Positions patients, conducts imaging procedures, analyzes results, and addresses image quality issues; reports scan results.
• Utilizes critical thinking and decisive judgment to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Education

Accredited Radiologic Technologist program

ARRT or ARMRIT MRI certification within 12 months

BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
