Job summary

People Fluent in Augusta, AR, is seeking an MRI Technologist for night shift in the 3915 Radiology MRI department. The role performs a wide variety of MRI exams on patients of all ages to provide physicians with data for diagnostic purposes, under the direction of a Radiologist or Manager.

The position requires an Accredited Radiography Program and 2+ years of Diagnostic Radiography/X-Ray experience, ability to operate radiographic equipment, and excellent patient/customer service skills.

• Certification: ARRT(R) or ARMRIT and current BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Position Description: The MRI Technologist performs a wide variety Magnetic Resonance Imaging exams on patients of all ages to provide physicians with data for diagnostic purposes. The MRI Technlogist works under the direction of a Radiologist or Manager.

Position Requirements: Vocational or technical training or degree: Accredited Radiography Program and 2 years or more of experience in Diagnostic Radiography/X-Ray. Ability to operate Radiographic equipment. Ability to communicate verbally and written. Possess excellent patient/customer service skills. Certification(s): ARRT(R), or ARMRIT and Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS).

Preferred Requirements: 1 years or more of experience in MRI. Ability to operate MRI Scanner. ARRT (R)(MR).
