Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to operate MRI equipment and produce tomographic images for designated body regions. The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology/Radiography or MRI program and ARRT/MR or ARMRIT registration, with BLS certification.

Candidates with MRI experience and additional Life Support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP) are preferred, along with color acuity tied to unit-specific duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Radiography or Accredited MRI Program.
• Registered Technologist by ARRT (RT) or Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR).
• Must hold Certification in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Preferred: One year of MRI experience.
• Preferred: ACLS, PALS, NRP or other clinical specialty certifications.
• Preferred: Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

REQUIRED

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Radiography or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
