Job summary

Job Summary

Optimum provision of clearly defined Magnetic Resonance studies for use by the Radiologist in the diagnosis of patient illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide clearly defined MR studies for use in the diagnosis of a patient's illness.
• Perform a variety of technical procedures appropriate to the individual patient.
• Maintain acceptable cryogen and magnetic safety requirements.
• Explain procedures to patients and positions and immobilizes the patient for the study.
• Process MR films in a timely and effective manner.
• Train students and new employees.
