ImageCare Radiology seeks a dedicated MRI Technologist for its Hackettstown office. You will perform MRI examinations on patients of all ages, including contrast administration, to support accurate diagnosis and high-quality patient care.

You will report to Mount Olive for onboarding and work in a collaborative imaging team. The role requires ARRT/ARMRIT certification and BLS, with a current diagnostic radiography license preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma and related training; 1+ year of experience or equivalent.
• BLS Certification is required.
• ARRT/ARMRIT Certification is required.
• Diagnostic Radiography License is preferred, not required.

Mansioni

• Perform MRI examinations on patients of all ages with possible contrast per guidelines.
• Coordinate with referring physicians and radiologists for accurate, timely procedures.
• Understand and apply MRI scheduling procedures.
• Maintain and organize patient film records.
• Keep CEUs current to maintain ARRT/ARMRIT certification.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area; perform other duties as assigned.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable MRI Technologist to join our dynamic team at our Hackettstown office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing MRI procedures for referring physicians of a quality that aids in the diagnosis of the patient. Please note that all candidates must report to Mount Olive for first day onboarding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform MRI examinations on patients of all ages including the administration of contrast material as assigned in accordance with established guidelines in a manner that ensures an accurate and complete examination and treatment providing the highest patient care.
• Organize and document all aspects of assigned patient care in coordination with referring physician and the radiologist to ensure accurate and timely performance of procedures.
• Knowledge of scheduling procedures for MRI.
• Maintenance and organization of patient film file records.
• Maintain continuing education units as required to ensure ARRT/ARMRIT certification.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specificskill area; plus 1+ years of related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ARRT/ARMRIT Certification (Required)
• Diagnostic Radiography License (Preferred, but not required)
