The Team Leader provides direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and contrast administration, and collaborates closely with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily MRI operations and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.
• Coordinate workflow and assign staff to MRI procedures.
• Support MRI nurses and technologists while upholding MRI safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and contrast administration.
• Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to optimize MRI services.
• Contribute to staff development, quality improvement and process optimization.
