Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Radiology Technologist to provide timely diagnostic imaging, monitor departmental processes, and support safe patient care. The role requires strong teamwork, high quality image production, and collaboration with radiologists and cardiologists.

Candidates should have five years of technical experience, ARRT-approved training, and may have supervisory experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Five years of technical experience.
• Supervision/leadership experience preferred.
• ARRT- accredited education program completed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency with modality equipment and ensures high-quality images.
• Coordinates patient flow and includes family in care.
• Manages staff by scheduling, performance reviews, coaching.
• Contributes to service excellence and quality initiatives.
• Tracks time, attendance and documentation in radiology system.
• Supports Joint Commission readiness and accreditation processes.
• Assists in staff development and training.
