Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Radiology Acute Care Manager to oversee multiple radiology modalities and ensure clinical standards across inpatient, ED and outpatient settings. You will lead teams, drive staff development, and partner with the Radiology Director and facility leaders to optimize operations and patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and data-driven decision making to improve throughput, patient safety, and service quality

Qualifications

• Requires ARRT/NMTCB/ARDMS certification and state license.
• Minimum of five years of manager or supervisor experience in clinical service lines.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety.
• Ability to lead across modalities and manage departmental operations.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple radiology modalities and clinical operations.
• Ensure procedures cover inpatients, ED and outpatients.
• Report to Radiology Director with matrix reporting to facility leaders.
• Drive performance improvement and staff development across teams.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and safety standards.
