Medical Associates of Northwest Arkansas (MANA) is seeking an MRI Receptionist/Cashier (FT) in Fayetteville, AR. The role coordinates department schedules, handles calls, and supports patient check-in and reminders to ensure smooth imaging workflows.

Responsibilities include scheduling, updating patient data, and collecting required paperwork for exams. Evening/ weekends may be required to meet clinic needs within the MANA network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with emphasis on office skills.
• 12–18 months medical reception/scheduling experience.
• Equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming calls for appointments.
• Schedule appointments per physician/department requirements.
• Update patient information and scan insurance cards.
• Obtain necessary paperwork prior to exams.
