Job summary

Nationwide-Children is seeking an MRI safety role to ensure patient and staff safety during MRI procedures. The incumbent screens for contraindications, monitors equipment, and enforces Zone 3 security with attention to ferrous object screening.

Responsibilities include MR safety for patients and staff, adherence to radiology and safety policies, and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external contacts. High school diploma and CPR are preferred with healthcare exposure valued.

Qualifications

Overview:Schedule :Monday to FridayBetween 7 am to 2 pm2 to 3 times a weekJob Description Summary:Ensures safety of patients and staff during MRI procedures by screening and monitoring for contraindications and maintaining equipment.Job Description:Essential Functions:Maintains security around the entrance to each magnet.Ensures that no person enters Zone 3 without proper screening for ferrous objects.
