You will perform comprehensive assessments, manage IVs and contrast, monitor patients throughout imaging, ensure MRI safety, educate families, and collaborate with radiologists and technologists to uphold high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with clinical nursing expertise and MRI safety awareness.
• Strong assessment and monitoring skills.
• Proficiency with IV therapy and medication/contrast administration.
• Excellent communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Start IVs and administer medications and contrast as ordered.
• Continuously monitor patients before, during, and after imaging.
• Ensure strict MRI safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families about the procedure and care expectations.
• Collaborate with radiologists, MRI technologists, and the broader care team.
