Job summary

Phoenix Ortho Injury Spine & Extremity is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / MRI Technologist for a Saturdays-only, PRN role in West Midtown, GA. The position offers part-time hours with an hourly pay rate of $28.00–$30.00 based on experience.

Requirements include an accredited Radiologic Technology program, active ARRT certification, and MRI imaging experience. ARRT and X-ray licensure preferred, with strong anatomy knowledge and meticulous patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Active ARRT certification.
• Valid X-ray licensure/certification.
• MRI imaging experience required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and answer questions for comfort.
• Properly position patients and imaging equipment for high-quality images.
• Follow radiation safety practices to minimize exposure.
• Use shielding and safety techniques appropriately.
• Maintain accurate patient imaging records.
• Follow imaging protocols and physician instructions.
• Maintain radiology supplies and monitor inventory.
• Ensure imaging areas and equipment are clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with other office-related duties as needed.
