Job summary

Qualifications

  • Education: 24-month post-high school program in radiologic technology with accreditation by JRCERT or ARRT.
  • English language proficiency required by VA rules (38 U.S.C. 7402(d) and 7407(d)).
  • Credentialing standards under Public Law 97-35 for radiologic procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI and MRA of head, neck, spine, chest and body with and without contrast.
  • Follow safety protocols for radiation and magnetic environments; operate PACS and imaging equipment.
