Job summary

Bon Secours seeks a Lead MRI Technologist to oversee the MRI department at Maryview Medical Center in Virginia. The role involves performing MRI procedures, adjusting imaging protocols, and supervising MRI technologists under Radiologist direction.

The position requires ARRT MRI Registry or MR registry, BLS certification, and prior leadership experience, with preferred EPIC/EHR and PACS familiarity. Excellent patient care and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology; ARRT registry preferred or MR registry
• ARRT MRI Registry required or MR registry (MR) required
• State licensure preferred unless required by state
• BLS certification required at hire for some Bon Secours locations; required prior to independent patient care at certain locations

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the MRI department
• Perform MRI procedures and adjust imaging protocols
• Supervise MRI technologists and provide mentorship
• Maintain staffing and call coverage
