Job summary

Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, Utah, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring an MRI Lead to assist the Director in planning and directing MRI services and related activities. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with nursing and medical staff, and Performance Improvement coordination to enhance service quality.

Qualifications include ARRT Radiography, RT Radiologic Technologist, an Associate Degree, and BLS within 7 days of start.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer credential.
• Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care of patient from admission to discharge in non-operating room areas.
• Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with nursing staff, medical staff and other departments.
• Consider ages of patients when fulfilling patient care responsibilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs and development.
• Work with the Director as Performance Improvement Coordinator, overseeing and compiling results of PI studies.
• Collaborate with Administrative and Medical Director to identify and organize PI studies.
