MRI IRP Technologist
University Hospital | Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Imaging provides invasive, noninvasive, and therapeutic procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. It involves creating visual representations of the interior of a body for clinical analysis and medical intervention. The MRI develops, implements, and manages safety programs, policies, and procedures, including screening, access controls, and staff training. It generates images of the organs using strong magnetic fields, magnetic field gradients, and radio waves to diagnose medical conditions.
Associate’s Degree or equivalent education and experience. ARRT Radiography Certification and Ohio Department of Health Radiology License. Advanced Certification in Magnetic Resonance preferred. 0 years of relevant experience required; previous experience preferred.
