Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an MRI technologist to perform MRI procedures on low, high, and open magnets under the supervision of a Radiologist. You will produce diagnostic quality images, adhere to safety protocols, and manage patient prep and documentation across varied age groups.

Qualified candidates will hold current ARRT certification, be a graduate of an ARRT-accredited program, and have a High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment per specifications for low/high/open magnets.
• Produce quality images within department standards, including 3D techniques.
• Follow MRI safety practices per state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain patient records and RIS documentation.
• Train new staff and students; participate in special projects.
