Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to operate MRI equipment and create tomographic films of designated body regions. You will follow imaging protocols and patient safety standards while delivering high-quality images.

Must have ARRT (RT) or ARRT (MR) certification or ARMRIT (MR), and BLS certification; one year of MRI experience is preferred. Work hours include Mon-Thu 8a-6:30p with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Radiography or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Technologist by ARRT (RT) or Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR).
• Certification in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body.
