Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Computer experience and ability to navigate scheduling systems.
• Strong clerical and communication skills for coordinating patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical duties, updates patient information, and handles forms.
• Answers calls and coordinates workflow within imaging scheduling.
• Interviews patients using screening/contrast forms and relays info to technologists.
• Assists MRI technologists with patients and room setup.
• Schedules outpatient appointments in scheduling program and RIS.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and coordinates interpreters as needed.
