Job summary

The role requires ARRT IA(MR) registration, BLS, and high school diploma, with a preference for prior MRI support experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Registered Imaging Assistant IA(MR) with ARRT after 18 months of hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist MRI staff with positioning, procedures and protocols.
• Review orders and patient charts for appropriate details.
• Prepare patients, interview them, and obtain relevant history.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety measures.
• Uphold infection control, universal precautions and AIDET protocol.
