Job summary

NeoCoil seeks a Field Service Technician to install and troubleshoot MRI-related products at customer facilities in Wisconsin. You will install equipment, collect data, and ensure performance aligns with NeoCoil’s quality procedures.

Travel 50–75% to client sites, manage loaner equipment, and serve as the technical contact, escalating issues as needed while collaborating with service, operations, quality and engineering teams. Associate degree and ERP experience required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related technical field or equivalent training/experience.
• 3–5 years of field installation experience required.
• ERP knowledge required; IQMS ERP experience preferred.
• 50–75% travel required; valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer sites to install NeoCoil-branded products and documents data per procedures.
• Manages loaner product pool and ensures uninterrupted customer operations.
• Acts as primary technical contact and escalates feedback or complaints as needed.
• Collaborates with Customer Service, Operations, Quality and Engineering to route and troubleshoot inquiries.
• Adheres to Quality Management System requirements and Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintains safe work practices and performs other duties as required.
