Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Clinical Administrative Support professional for the MRI-MCH site at Mease Countryside. This full-time role supports diagnostic MR procedures, RIS data handling, and patient transportation while coordinating the imaging workflow.

The position requires ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) in Radiology or MRI, BLS, and an Associates degree in Radiology or equivalent experience. Work hours are Mon-Fri 0830-1700 with no remote work.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiology or MRI; Registry Eligible ARRT or ARMRIT; Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic MR procedures.
• Coordinates workflow related to imaging patient care and RIS data management.
• Handles file room, general clerical tasks and physician assistance.
• Assists patient transportation and related duties as necessary.
• Coordinates staffing schedules to meet departmental and regulatory needs.

Summary:
Performs diagnostic magnetic resonance (MR) procedures. Responsible for coordinating all workflow related to imaging patient care, radiology Information System (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary. Coordinates and adjusts the staffing schedule to meet departmental and regulatory needs.
