Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare North America, Inc. in Houston seeks an MR Application Specialist to support the customer service team with onsite and remote training and education for our radiology customers.

You will deliver clinical education, adjust system parameters, demonstrate products, assist sales with case studies, and develop on-site training at customer locations or our Houston HQ. Heavy travel (about 75%) is required; relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of radiology technologist experience in healthcare/clinical setting.
• 3+ years of application specialist experience in one modality.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer consultancy and support in workflow improvements, including clinical education, parameter adjustments, and new methods to expand customer portfolio.
• Provide professional applications support to quickly process and resolve customer complaints; provide remote support when not on-site.
• Provide on-site application education, including demonstration, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
• Support sales team: product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies, presenting images to clinicians/physicians, new products learning and coaching of new recruits.
• Assist in the development of application training courses to be delivered on-site at a customer location or at the United Imaging Headquarters and Training Center in Houston.
• Support the R&D/CRM process, including customer needs, issues, as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how and experience.
