Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare North America, Inc. seeks an MR Applications Technical Trainer to design and deliver training across MR product lines, ensuring FDA compliance and QM standards.

You will develop curricula, lead knowledge transfer to field teams, and maintain training records while advancing training quality and regulatory adherence. The role requires 10+ years in MR training, familiarity with 1.5T/3T systems, and ability to travel up to 50–60% across the US and China.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Radiologic Technology or a related discipline), or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in MR applications course development and instruction, preferably with high-field MRI systems.
  • Experience with 1.5T and 3T systems, or higher field systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Applications training curricula that align with headquarters' training program and comply with FDA regulations.
  • Lead technical knowledge transfer to field-based Applications and Clinical Marketing teams.
  • Deliver training on the safety, operation, repair, and maintenance of equipment, demonstrating a thorough understanding of industry practices and company standards and procedures.
  • Develop training materials for new products and procedures.
  • Support the maintenance and deployment of online e-learning systems.
  • Maintain applications training records in compliance with FDA regulations and headquarters/QM standards.

Job Summary

The MR Applications Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training curriculum for uMR Applications across all uMR product lines. This role requires the ability to design and deliver engaging, continuous learning experiences for United Imaging, business partners, and customers. The Trainer will also ensure the training program remains compliant with FDA guidelines and the requirements of the Quality Management System.

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Radiologic Technology or a related discipline), or equivalent experience.
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in MR applications course development and instruction, preferably with high-field MRI systems
  • Experience with 1.5T and 3T systems, or higher field systems.
  • Research background (a plus)
  • Experience maintaining and using online LMS platforms is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other course development platforms

  • Ability to travel periodically across the U.S. and to China (up to 50-60%)
  • Knowledgeable on advanced neuro imaging techniques such as ASL, spectroscopy, perfusion, and DTI, Cardiac imaging, MSK, etc.
