Job summary

United Imaging seeks an MR Application Specialist to join our team in Houston. You will support customers with onsite and remote training, optimize imaging workflows, and assist sales with demonstrations and case studies.

The role requires 5+ years as a radiology technologist and 3+ years as an application specialist, with 75% travel and strong collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree or higher is required, with magnet environments and safety awareness emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a specific or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a radiology technologist or radiographer in a healthcare industry/clinical setting and 3+ years of experience as an application specialist in one specific modality field.
• Experience in research or case studies involving similar areas is beneficial
• Team player has a positive attitude, enjoys working with people, and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction
• 1.5T, and 3T experience preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently, 75%, with flexibility for higher travel commitments when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, including clinical education, adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
• Provide professional applications support to quickly process and resolve customer complaints; provide remote support when not on-site.
• Provide on-site application education, including demonstration, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
• Support sales team: product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies, presenting images to clinicians/physicians, new products learning and coaching of new recruits.
• Assist in the development of application training courses to be delivered on-site at a customer location or at the United Imaging Headquarters and Training Center in Houston.
• Support the R&D/CRM process, including customer needs, issues, as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how and experience.
