Job summary

Brigham and Women\'s Hospital in Weymouth is seeking an MRI Tech Aide to support the MRI Department by assisting technologists, nurses, radiologists, and other clinical staff with patient care, exam preparation, patient transport, and general department workflow.

This role emphasizes compassionate, safe, and efficient patient experiences and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and adherence to MRI safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• 1–2 years patient care/healthcare support experience preferred.
• Experience in imaging or hospital settings is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist MRI technologists, nurses, and radiologists as needed.
• Prepare patients and exams, assist with patient transport and room turnover.
• Support department workflow and safety protocols in the MRI suite.
