Sibanye-Stillwater in Greenville, NC is hiring a Mechanical Reduction Operator for the 3rd shift (10 PM to 6:30 AM). This full-time, on-site role supports recycling operations by operating ball mills, blenders, crushers, and other processing equipment, while maintaining a safe production area.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, and the ability to follow procedures and document production data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift or machine operating experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete basic production documentation.
• Dependable and comfortable working an overnight schedule.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as ball mills, blenders, crushers, de-caners, and drum tilters.
• Use a forklift to safely move and weigh materials.
• Prepare and process materials according to established procedures.
• Verify material information and complete production documentation accurately.
• Identify and report material, weight, labeling, or equipment concerns.
• Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work with your team to keep overnight production running safely and efficiently.
