Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Mechanical Reduction Operator for the 2nd Shift in Greenville, NC. This hands-on role operates industrial equipment, supports recycling operations, and offers opportunities to grow your manufacturing skills.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, and willingness to learn. The position is full-time, onsite with a 2 PM–10:30 PM schedule, paying $19.00 per hour and eligibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift or machine operating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as ball mills, blenders, crushers, de-caners, and drum tilters.
• Use a forklift to safely move and weigh materials.
• Prepare and process materials according to established procedures.
• Verify material information and complete production documentation accurately.
• Identify and report material, weight, labeling, or equipment concerns.
• Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals safely and efficiently.
