Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Liaison Engineer/MRB for the Leo program to help resolve engineering non-conformances on the shop floor, develop standard repairs and DFMs, and drive root-cause actions with Manufacturing and Quality teams.

The role requires MRB experience in aerospace, 3+ years in mechanical engineering, and a bachelor’s degree. It runs on a 1st shift (Wed–Sat, 6:00–16:30) with comprehensive benefits and RSUs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a Liaison Engineer / MRB role with aerospace or launch vehicle structures.
• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition non-conformance events across the Leo operations.
• Develop standard repairs, rework procedures, and DFMs.
• Conduct root cause investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Document stress analyses to support dispositions and interpret structural analysis reports.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to provide root cause failure analyses.
• Engage with internal/external customers and suppliers.
