Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Liaison Engineer to join the Structural Integrity and Analysis team. You will address non-conformances on Leo production, working alongside Manufacturing and Quality to determine dispositions and improvements that support on-time flight readiness.

Ideal candidates have MRB experience in aerospace and can balance engineering judgment with analytical rigor while coordinating with internal customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mechanical engineering with MRB responsibilities in aerospace.
• Experience reviewing non-conformances and proposing fixes in manufacturing.
• Experience documenting analyses and presenting findings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and disposition non-conformance events across Leo operations.
• Develop standard repairs, rework, and DFMs to improve manufacturing.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Document static, dynamic and fatigue analyses as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
